TEXT   2 SAMUEL 9:1-7

[1]And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?

[2]And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant is he.

[3]And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.

[4]And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lodebar.

[5]Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lodebar.

[6]Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant!

[7]And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father's sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

Mephibosheth, received his establishment at his father's cost.

He did nothing to deserve his lifting.

In the bible days people with physical disabilities were not permitted to appear before the king.

Mephibosheth was a cripple but grace located him.

In this new month, Jehovah will be your qualification in Jesus mighty name.

[2]How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out.

[3]For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.

The children of Israel realized and acknowledged that they did not enter into their promised land by their strength.

They were humble enough to acknowledge that.

Their victory was on the ticket of grace.

Grace started it and grace ended it.

God resists the proud.

It is a wise to be humble, because God lifts the humble by making grace available to them.

Why don't you tell them say "na God de do am".

It's good to work hard, it is profitable to labor but realize that labor without favor is equal to hard labor.

It is favor that changes the destiny of a person or a people.

Psalms 127 v1-2 says

"Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep."

Favour is the special affection of God towards a believer that makes him command positive attention.

Favour makes others like him and desire to help him.

When favour is at work, natural laws are suspended.

The bottler forgot Joseph when he was released but God did not forget him.

You may be going through delay now but God will surely come through for you.

Truly promotion comes only the Lord.

He a master in changing our stories.

[3]Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request:

[4]For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king's damage.

[5]Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?

[6]And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.

[7]And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.

[8]Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon the bed whereon Esther was. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of the king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.

[9]And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who had spoken good for the king, standeth in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him thereon.

There is a divine law that operates where there is grace.

It is called the law of divine substitution.

God turns the evils  planned against you to consume The conspirators.

Fear not, that law is operational in your life even now.

[1]On that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.

[2]And it was found written, that Mordecai had told of Bigthana and Teresh, two of the king's chamberlains, the keepers of the door, who sought to lay hand on the king Ahasuerus.

[3]And the king said, What honour and dignity hath been done to Mordecai for this? Then said the king's servants that ministered unto him, There is nothing done for him.

Mordecai had saved the king but had remained a gateman.

His good deed did not immediately redeem his ugly condition but on the night grace spoke for him, all protocols were suspended.

Wipe your tears, if God could take away sleep from king Ahasuerus so he would remember Mordecai, He would take away the peace of your helpers until they remember you.

You might not have merited what you are about receiving but someone paid in full for you.

Keep on trusting and believing.

When God's name is put upon anything, it prospers.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and they are saved.

Remember, Christ in you is the hope of glory, that is a glorious life.

A cursed person is under a yoke, carrying a burden and often knowing that something is wrong.

When God places a blessing upon you, it makes you rich in all things and it separates you from sorrow.

Why not declare with your mouth, I am blessed without measures.

Apostle Paul declared this blessing upon a group of believers who gave God beyond their strength.

He said, my God shall supply all your need.

Why did he not say, the Lord shall supply all OUR need, because he was already blessed.

His life generates the blessings.

Some have ignorantly questioned the possibility of their not so rich pastor commanding financial blessings upon their lives. These same people submit their bodies to be treated by doctors who are poorer than themselves.

Ignorance is a killer decease.

To be carnally minded is death.

Beloved, have you ever pondered over these scriptures?

The God of Heaven, the creator of the whole universe saying that He thinks about you and that He has laid out plans for your success.

That's amazing to me.

You may right now be feeling lonely and rejected, but that's just a feeling.

The truth is that Elohim thinks about you.

He revealed that His plans for you are plans for your welfare, peace and the fulfilment of your dream life.

He has another plan, to give answers to all your prayers.

Jacob was dying and Joseph brought his two sons to be blessed by his father.

Jacob instantly adopted the two young men, and pronounced the blessing of Abraham and Isaac upon them.

That blessing turned their lives around for good forever.

Beloved, you are Abraham's seed through the inheritance of Christ Jesus.

[6]Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.

[7]The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.

Beloved, because the blessing rests on you, you can not be defeated in the battles of this life.

They shall surely come against you in one way, but the covenant of blessing upon your life has already predicted the outcome of their gang up.

They shall flee before you in seven ways.

You do not have to pursue them, the other side of what you carry will pursue them dangerously.

Beloved, let me introduce you to the original "odeshi" (bullet and armour proof).

The bible did not promise us that they shall not gather against us.

The scripture declared that because of the blessing placed upon our life, it is a foolish and dangerous adventure to gather against us.

God promised that everyone gathering against you has only one destiny, he shall Surely fall for your sake.

Beloved, the bible declared that God blessed Isaac and he became a blessing to his posterity.

When God pronounces a blessing upon a person, his DNA immediately changes for good forever.

He may still go through challenges, but his end is predictable.

He can never fail.

[29]Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

The blessing is the intangible spiritual force that creates the tangible material things.

The blessing brings to physical manifestation the realities that have been spoken out of the mouth of God or His representatives.

The battle in Isaac's house was not who would inherit his mansion and flock of sheep, but who would inherit the blessing, that invisible force that creates the physical things.

[7]And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midian departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak.

[8]And he said unto them, Lodge here this night, and I will bring you word again, as the LORD shall speak unto me: and the princes of Moab abode with Balaam.

[9]And God came unto Balaam, and said, What men are these with thee?

[10]And Balaam said unto God, Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,

[11]Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them out.

[12]And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.

Like Balak, there are people who hate you and your family for no just cause.

Stop bothering yourself about what your offenses are, they hate you only because they feel insecure.

They are afraid of your glorious destiny.

Like Balak, what they may not know is that the blessings of the Lord is without repentance.

When God blesses, no one can curse.

Do you know that there is a hedge of blazing furnace around you and your loved ones?

The bible said that no weapon that is fashioned against you shall prosper.

It means that all their madness will be dead on arrival.

You are fully secured in Christ.

[8]And he said unto them, Lodge here this night, and I will bring you word again, as the LORD shall speak unto me: and the princes of Moab abode with Balaam.

[9]And God came unto Balaam, and said, What men are these with thee?

[10]And Balaam said unto God, Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,

[11]Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them and drive them out.

[12]And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.

The blessing is a power that continually positions you in the favour of God.

It is not a material thing but is an invisible force that can bring our advantages in physical manifestation.

You cannot curse a blessed person.

Beat your chest and tell yourself, I cannot come under a curse.

TEXT    JOHN 2:5,7-10

[5]His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

[7]Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

[8]And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

[9]When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

[10]And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

FAITH RESULTS WHERE THE WRITTEN WORD COLLIDES WITH OBEDIENCE.

Have you ever wondered at what point the water turned into wine?

Have you ever imagined what the servants went through knowing that they might actually be carrying water instead of wine to the governor of the occasion?

Have you ever immediately the consequences of such insult?

If you were one of those servants, wouldn't you have asked that you wait for the water to turn to wine before serving it to the guests?

Faith obeys God's instructions without reasoning it out.

Beloved, remember that God who is called the ancient of days is older than all men, wiser than all men and smarter than all men.

He knows the right direction to your destiny.

TEXT   HEBREWS 11:32-33

[32]And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:

[33]Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,

All promises of the scriptures are obtained by the deployment of faith.

Without faith, no one can please God.

Blind Bartimaeus  cried out in faith, "Jesus son of David, have mercy on me".

His faith was strong enough to obtain the promise that those who call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

He call on the name of the Lord and the Lord heard him and delivered him.

I do not know the promise that you are trusting God for.

The scripture said that none shall be barren in the land.

Those that call His name shall not be ashamed.

Even though He was rich, He because poor that you would be rich.

May Jehovah answer you in Jesus mighty name.

Beloved, the bible said in verse 34 that out of weakness, they were made strong.

Faith is a cloak that converts weakness to strength.

It is an instrument that energizes the bearer.

They quenched the violence of fire, they waxed valiant in fight and turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

Faith turns you to men with these type of exploits.
