TOPIC : ITS TIME FOR A NEW BEGINNING

THE CONSEQUENCES OF REBELLION.

TEXT : 1 SAMUEL 15:17-23 

17 And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel?

18 And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.

19 Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD?

22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

Rebellion is a sin that is committed as a result of our pride.

God sent Saul on a mission with an instruction to utterly destroy the city.

He lost his exulted throne because he wanted to please the people rather than please God.

Every ecclesiastical assignment is divine assignment and we are answerable only to God and not man.

God Himself will examine how you executed the job that God delegated to you.

The danger of becoming a minister is that God no longer sees you as a baby.

Now you are responsible as a partner for your actions.

Moses was a man so highly loved by God. He had seen God's glory and was not expected to rebel against God.

When he did, God ended his ministry and did not even permit him to set his foot on the promised land.

This year, we must pursue our callings with fear and trembling.

God will prove Himself in our lives in Jesus mighty name.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF REBELLION.

TEXT NUMBERS 16:28-33 

28 And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind.

29 If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.

30 But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.

31 And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:

32 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.

33 They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

God hates rebellion and assigns capital punishment to rebellion.

The reason is that God's project on earth is too serious to be destroyed by any person or group of persons.

Jesus said, I will build my church, the gates of hell will not prevail.

No resistance from hell will ever prevail against the invading army of Heaven.

Korah felt that Moses was taking too much and ganged up with some rebels to weaken the project of Elohim but he ended up burying his entire family.

Numbers  1-3 :

1 Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:

2 And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:

3 And they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said unto them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: wherefore then lift ye up yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?

The first rebellion was with the most popular angel, so Korah gathered around him men of stature to stand against Moses.

They thought they were challenging Moses, but they were challenging project God.

My advice to you this year is to avoid any issue that will bring you in collision with what God is building around you.

AVOID FASTING WHILE LIVING IN REBELLION.

TEXT 1 PETER 3 :7-9 

7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

I grew up hardly knowing my mother.

I knew her only through her pictures that my motherly elderly sisters ingrained in my mind.

Even though I had a father that dutifully made-up for the two,

It was still not easy growing up without one.

Having been pastoring for many years, I have seen some heartless fathers and mothers.

I have seen fathers with dead consciences, men whose souls died long ago who still come to church and sit in the pew.

Men who would eat in restaurants with friends, come back home and watch their little children cry because of hunger and go to sleep without food.

Some of these men even pray in tongue, not knowing that their prayers are abomination before God and their tongues incantations onto their soulless gods.

How can God answer you when you apply witchcraft on your wife. You intimidate her and afflict her and expect answers from El shadday, the compassionate multi breasted God.

Hear the Lord Himself in Matthew 5 verse 7  "Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy".

God cannot bless you under rebellion, other wise He would be the one endorsing it.

Scriptures don't contradict themselves.

As this first fasting comes to an end many may have just engaged in a long hunger strike. You can repent now and still receive the benefits of your fasting.

The Holy spirit said in 1 Samuel 15 verse 23,

" For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry." 

You are not fasting if your family is needlessly suffering as a result of your wickedness.

TOPIC : ITS TIME FOR A NEW BEGINNING

THE FIRST ADAM FELL BECAUSE OF UNCONTROLLED APPETITE .

TEXT : EZRA 8:21-23 

21 Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.

22 For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him.

23 So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.

Ezra said in that scripture that they had boasted before the king about the ability of their God to protect them against bandits on their way.

Having boasted of the omnipresence of their God, he still declared a fast, why?

The reason is that many of God's promises would end up not manifesting if the principles behind them are not applied.

There are many who chorused "No weapon formed against me shall prosper" like a song and still died in the hands of their enemies.

They were vanquished like men without help.

Psalms 82 : 5-7 gave us an insight to why such calamities keep happening to men.

"5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes."

The psamist said, they know not.

Which means there is something that those who are indestructible know.

Before you boast before that witch, that wizard, that strong man, ask yourself when was the last time you took a long fast.

Do you fast only when the church calls for a fast?

By challenging that witch, you may be buying for yourself a cheap ticket for an untimely death.

When you make fasting a way of life, you develop a magnetic field of protection that God dedicates angels to watch over. 

Fasting men are not killable, not even by wild beasts.

Daniel was thrown into the lions Den, the energy generated by his constant long fasting put the lions on a long fast. 

Until today men like Daniel who pioneered new realities in the spirit never died.

When you touch men who walk in their order, they appear.

Begin to design a new way of life this season, add fasting on your weekly menu.

THE FIRST ADAM FELL BECAUSE OF UNCONTROLLED APPETITE .

15 And Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount.

16 And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

17 And the
sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.

18 And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.

Dearly beloved, Moses was to receive a tablet of God's law from mount Zion.

It was an assignment that would forever change mankind and the earth.

This was not an ordinary assignment, it was a journey into the spirit.

Moses fasted for forty days.

If he had appeared there as a man, the glory of God would have consumed him.

When you are faced with an assignment that would change your future, do not face it as a man, face it as a God, gods don't eat.

Beloved, remain ever conscious of the fact that whenever you are fasting, you are generating power, therefore begin to release the power by the declaration of the things that you wish to see.

If you don't, you would be generating power without transmitting the power, it will end up a huge waste.

TEXT ROMANS 12:1-2 

THE FIRST ADAM FELL BECAUSE OF UNCONTROLLED APPETITE .

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Dearly beloved, when you fast, you are expected to mortify your flesh and to purge your soul of wickedness.

You cannot be fasting and be maltreating your house helps and your workers.

If you are fasting and dealing wickedly with your wife and family, you are an unbeliever.

Fasting without repentance is hunger and you can die in it.

If you are fasting but gossiping, you have opened up yourself to be possessed by devil and be elevated to the level of the accuser.

The reason for this is because when you fast, your flesh begins to lower itself for the spirit to take over.

However, the condition of your soul will determine the type of spirit that will terbanacle with you. 

Hear what the spirit is saying in Isaiah 58:  6-9,

"6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.

9 Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;"

The Lord bless you as you begin to understand the purpose of fasting.

30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.

32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

Dearly beloved, food is the biggest poison that can be laced in a life in order to destroy it.

No one has ever fulfilled destiny with a bloated tommy.

The more you eat the more you are trapped in carnality.

You journey to the development of power will start from the day you begin to pay the price in fasting and prayers.

The Holy spirit speaking in Hebrew 12:16-17,

"16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.

17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears."

The scripture links gluttony with fornication and profanity.

"Lest there be any fornicator or profane person as Esau" so there is an establish link between addiction to food and carnality.

Beloved, you can actually begin today, we all started this ministry of fasting one day.

You will not finish without a huge result.

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Dearly beloved, Adam and his wife Eve disobeyed God and eat a fruit of disobedience.

Adam saw a fruit but the devil saw a people( a Nation).

The choice of Adam cost him the garden of peace.

By his choice to eat the fruit, he created a nation of people with the wrong mindset.

If he was able to control his appetite, he would not have taken a bite that labelled him the failed Adam.

The second Adam came and Satan came the exactly the same temptation, food.

Turn these stones into bread if you are the so of God.

This time around the Satan failed woefully.

Jesus having done forty days of fasting had conquered all the cravings of the flesh.

Today we are the ones in the scene.

Our only chance of escaping failure, is our ability to mortify the flesh.

As you begin to make efforts, may God strengthen you, in Jesus name.

FASTING WILL RELEASE POWER INTO YOUR SPIRIT..

Isaiah  28-31 :

28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Dearly beloved, the power of God is a necessity in the life of every child of God.

Power makes the difference in our lives.

A powerless life, is a tasteless life.

There are different types of power.

1. Financial power.

2. Political power.

3. Spiritual power.

Spiritual power is the highest level of power.

If you lack spiritual power, you will be tormented in this life by all kinds of terrorists.

Witches will torment you, wizards will torment you, demons will torment you and your life will become a center for sympathy.

The power of God is a major answer to the questions of life.

When you lack it, there will be many questions hanging around your destiny.

The power of God is the Solution to every challenge of life and destiny.

To walk in power is a necessity to every life.

One way to cultivate power is to live a life dedicated to prayer and fasting.

As we enter into this new week of fasting, I pray that God will strengthen you in Jesus mighty name.

TEXT DEUTERONOMY 30:3-5 

FASTING WILL MAKE GOD REMEMBER YOUR CASE.

3 That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee.

4 If any of thine be driven out unto the utmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:

5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.

Many years ago, it was as if all the calamities of this life was headquartered in my life.

My life was practically speaking a relay of calamities.

I would attempt the same thing others casually do with great success, but whenever it's my turn, it will develop complications.

I lived a life that nobody remembered me nor extended to me and meaningful help.

Growing up, I saw myself severaly on top, but as I became an adult it was as if I was chained to an immovable rock.

I would weep although the night and wake up with tear-soaked eyes.

I knew I aught to be great but I was small.

I was advised severally  to withdraw from all activities and move into the wilderness for a long fasting and trust God to remember me.

I resisted because I believed that as a born again child of God, I am above curses.

My travails continued until my life became a complete wreck.

At this point, I agreed because I actually had no choice.

I got to the camp on a Monday morning, I was doing a five day dey fasting with only water.

On the third night, I was driven into a trance.

I saw myself in a lonely place with a tap rushing with water.

I was so thirsty so I wanted to drink to help rehydrate myself.

It was the type of tap that is connected to boreholes in Africa.

It was a little above my head.

I put my head under the water would splash on my head.

To my great shock, as I washed my head with water, the water that got to the ground was as dirty as grease.

I kept on washing and would not know how long it took until the water became clean and I woke up.

I looked at my time, it was a few minutes after 11pm, I called my wife and told her that I was free at last.

I knew in my spirit that I was free.

I came back on Friday and a friend pastor Uzo Ogbonna came to see me.

We talked for a while and I told him that my phone had been off practically for one week.

Immediately I put on the phone, the first miracle started.

The procurement officer of a company that I had been doing small contracts for once in awhile was on the line.

She said, we sent you a purchase order for some procurement, are you not interested?

When I opened the email, tears of joy filled my eyes.

God had answered me.

As you continue with the ministry of fasting my God will remember you, in the name of Jesus Christ.

TEXT DANIEL 2 :1-4 

1 And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him.

2 Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king.

3 And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream.

4 Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation.

THE REWARD OF FASTING .

Dearly beloved, the King had a terrible dream that scared him so much.

He called all his magicians and wise men and inquired of them to tell him the dream and the explanation.

The magicians told him that only the gods can know the dream that a man had at night.

The King was about executing them when the Hebrew youths were brought into the picture.

Daniel ask the King to grant them some time.

Daniel declared a fast in order to attract the omniscience personality of God.

The magicians were very right, only the God of Heaven has such access into the soul of a man.

However, He reveals same to those who understand the technology of His presence, which is fasting.

When you make fasting a way of life, you will be shocked at  the number of antennae that will open up in your spirit.

The almighty will begin to download heavenly secrets into your spirit.

I pray for you that you will begin to develop a serious fasting life beginning from today.

When you make fasting a way of life, you develop a magnetic field of protection that God dedicates angels to watch over. 

Fasting men are not kill able, not even by wild beasts.

Daniel was thrown into the lions Den, the energy generated by his constant long fastings put the lions on a long fast. 

Until today men like Daniel who pioneered new realities in the spirit never died.

When you touch men who walk in their order, they appear.

Begin to design a new way of life this season, add fasting on your weekly menu.

ITS TIME FOR A NEW BEGINNING

TEXT : 2 CHRONICLES 20:3-4,12-15 

3 And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the LORD, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah.

4 And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD.

12 O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.

13 And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.

14 Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation;

15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.

FASTING A WEAPON OF THE ANCIENT.

Beloved fasting is an ancient weapon that the spirit revealed to men who traveled  deep in prayer.

It is a multi-faceted weapon.

It is a weapon that the enemy cannot resist.

Jehoshahpat was encircled by enemies who were stronger than he was.

He was initially frightened by the knowledge of his sure defeat until he fasted.

While they were fasting, God spoke through Jahaziel the son of Zechariah and declared that they should not be afraid of the great multitude, that the battle was His.

Upon the platform of fasting, God gave a strategy that vanquished all their enemies as one man.

As you continue with this long fast, God will humble everything that has made itself your enemy in Jesus mighty name.

TEXT : GALATIANS 3:1

1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth?

WHO DID THIS TO YOU?

The folly of nakedness.

Dearly beloved, one is continually worried about the level of nudity that is gradually taking over our society.

Sometimes you are so embarrassed to look at a sales girl in a shop counter because all she is displaying is her body.

It is as if there is a competition of who will out-do the other in the show of their nakedness, who did this to you?

Do you not know that whatever God created that is precious is hidden and one must dig to deep to find it.

Crude oil is not found in the surface, it takes seismic studies and deep drilling to get to where the oil deposit is hidden.

Some other times it's at the off-shore rig, in the middle of an ocean.

Diamonds are found deep in the ground, covered and hidden.

Gold is covered by layers of rock that you have to mine it with specialized mining equipment.

You are more precious than gold and diamond and should be covered also.

Beloved sisters, if you treasure your bodies and cover them, a reputable miner will come with specialized equipment to mine them.

However if you keep those precious parts of your body exposed on the surface, everybody with just pick up their crude instruments and just have a dig at you just like that without a contract.

Beloved sisters, keep your bodies covered so that it will invite a reputable professional miner to come and explore you honorably.

Every decent mother must take up the duty of teaching their daughters how to dress in a godly way.

TEXT HEBREW 12:1 

[1]THEREFORE THEN, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us,

SIN WILL CRIPPLE YOUR JOURNEY THIS YEAR.

Judges 16:1-4

[1]THEN SAMSON went to Gaza and saw a harlot there, and went in to her.

[2]The Gazites were told, Samson has come here. So they surrounded the place and lay in wait for him all night at the gate of the city. They were quiet all night, saying, In the morning, when it is light, we will kill him.

[3]But Samson lay until midnight, and [then] he arose and took hold of the doors of the city's gate and the two posts, and pulling them up, bar and all, he put them on his shoulders and carried them to the top of the hill that is before Hebron.

[4]After this he loved a woman in the Valley of Sorek whose name was Delilah.

Samson was anointed to be a deliverer for God's people.

Samson's mother was warned of things to avoid while Samson was yet in the womb to avoid contamination.

She was also warmed by the Angel what Samson must avoid although his life.

The reason for these abstinence is because certain things can hamper our focus and destroy our direction.

There is a difference between motion and momentum.

A car can role down a slope, it will be moving as if it's in motion yet the engine has long been put off.

That was the case with Samson, he could come off the bed of adultery and still perform wonders with his strength but he did not know that the engine had been switched off.

Do not try to run this year with a car whose engine has been switched off.

Sin can knock the engine of your destiny

When Samson tried another of that stunt with another daughter of the devil Delilah, he met his Waterloo.

Be warned.

THE NEW BIRTH

MEMORY VERSE:“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3.

BIBLE PASSAGE: JOHN 3 : 1-13

INTRODUCTION:

Simply put, the new birth is the creation of a new life in a man by the Holy Spirit. 

The new birth also referred to as being born again, is to be born of God with His seed (Christ the Word) dwelling in man. John 3:3, 5; 1 John 3:9; 1 Peter 1:23.

 Everyone born of a woman is born unclean. Psalms 51:5. Therefore, to become clean as well as enlist as a member of the family of God, a new birth becomes necessary.

REASONS FOR A NEW BIRTH

The whole world should experience the new birth because of the following reasons.

(i) Because we were all born sinners. Psalms 51:5, Romans 3:23

(ii) Because the heart of all sinners (un-generated persons) is deceitful and desperately wicked. Jeremiah 17:9

(iii) Because men’s hearts cannot be tamed like domestic animal through training and secular education. Jeremiah 13:23

(iv) Because new birth is the only channel through which human beings can live a godly life and have constant fellowship with    

      God while on earth. Psalm 4:3; Galatians 2:20

(v) Because it is only through new birth human being can make it to heaven. John 3:3-5

(vi)  Because it is only through new birth we can follow peace with all men and be holy to God. Hebrew 12:14; 1 Peter 1:16

STEPS TO A NEW BIRTH

The following steps are crucial to experience a new birth

(i) Hear the word of God. Romans 10:9-10

(ii) Acknowledge that you are a sinner, helpless and hopeless and that you need the mercy of God. Romans 6:23; 1 Thess. 5:9

(iii) Believe the word of God. 1 Peter 1:25

(iv) Believe that God came in the flesh, in the person of Jesus Christ to save all mankind from their sins. Titus 2:11; John 1:14; 

Acts 4:12; John 3:16-18

(vi) Confess your sins to God. Romans 10:9-10; 1 John 1:9

(vii) Genuinely repent of your sins. Acts 2:38; 3:19

(viii) Request the Lord Jesus to come and dwell in your heart, Revelation 3:20

CONCLUSION

The new birth is a necessity for all. Without the new birth experience, it is impossible to live godly in this world let alone reigning with Christ in Heaven eternally

Beloved, to become totally committed to your assignment, you need to be totally focused.

You must determine that anybody around you must be equally committed to your assignment.

You have no business hanging out with people who are not headed your direction, they will distract you and weaken your focus.

Anyone uncomfortable with your assignment is not qualified to be close to you or your assignment will suffer a decline.

There is nothing extraordinary on its own, it's a person's extraordinary input to his work that makes it extraordinary.

To improve in your work this year, learn from those who are better than you.

Be humble to learn.

It is foolishness to sit with someone wiser and greater than you and your voice is the one that it's being heard.

They will sooner than later excuse themselves because you are foolish and not teachable.

Do not use religion to cover your incompetence, you can be committed to God and still be committed to your work.

Joseph was committed to pharaoh and was equally committed to Jehovah , his God.

Begin to put more time in study and research in the area of your assignment.

Do not undermine yourself by permitting unserious people around you, remember, life is not a circus.
