TEXT :1 SAMUEL 13:13

NEVER BOW UNDER PRESSURE

"And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever."

God raised Saul up from nowhere and made him king above all Israel.

He was steadfast until he was faced with the pressure of war from the more equipped Philistines.

 "And the Philistines gathered themselves together to fight with Israel, thirty thousand chariots, and six thousand horsemen, and people as the sand which is on the sea shore in multitude: and they came up, and pitched in Michmash, eastward from Beth-aven.

When the men of Israel saw that they were in a strait, (for the people were distressed,) then the people did hide themselves in caves, and in thickets, and in rocks, and in high places, and in pits.

And some of the Hebrews went over Jordan to the land of Gad and Gilead. As for Saul, he was yet in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling.

And he tarried seven days, according to the set time that Samuel had appointed: but Samuel came not to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him.

And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering.

And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him.

And Samuel said, What hast thou done? And Saul said, Because I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that thou camest not within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered themselves together at Michmash;

King Saul lost the kingdom that day because he bowed under pressure instead of trusting in the Lord.

Beloved, do you realize that there many people like Saul, men and women who have lost their posterity as a result of stubbornness and an independent spirit .

They are moving about but they are finished.

They are talking and posting things online but they are finished, destroying even those who are naive enough to associate with them.

Friends, reject stubbornness which is the twin brother of witchcraft.

Friends, every temptation is a spiritual examination.

Your next level is largely dependent on your success in the examination.

In the spirit realm, there are no manipulations, any time you fail, you must repeat the class.

One can be in a class for 30 years, until you pass the course, you will not be promoted.

Integrity is a commodity of great value.

If you are a person of integrity, you will very soon be sort after.

What the world is seeking for people of integrity who will warehouse their wealth.

Many, including people of the church lack integrity.

They were wrongly taught that the church is where you come to collect things.

You can also collect those things from the shrine.

Whatever thing you can collect from church, you can also collect from shrines, but you can not collect salvation fro the shrine.

Church is where you come to learn  about Jesus.

Church is where you are taught who Jesus is.

You are taught how to keep the Holy Spirit that you have received.

Until we replace the present processing units in our lives into new ones, we will always bow to pressure, even little pressure.

Joseph refused her overtures and ended up in the palace.

You too can do the same.

God is a rewarder of men and women of integrity.

Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:"

Searching through scriptures, these are some of the greatest assurances that I saw reassuring me of the peace of those who put their trust in the Lord.

Our Lord Jesus Christ began to use other creations to show us how caring our Heavenly Daddy is.

He takes care of the birds, He clothes the flowers 🌹 and they remain glamorous all through their lives.

Do you know why you worry?

You worry because you do not know who God is.

You worry because you have never had a personal revelation of His power.

Those boys who submitted their lives to the fiery furnace knew something the ordinary Christian does not know.

They had had personal encounters with the spirit of the Lord.

When God says that He will take care of any situation, quit trying to solve it, the Hope of the righteous cannot lie.

The strength of Israel will not repent on a matter that has to do with your deliverance.

He will deliver to the uttermost those who put their trust in Him.

Beloved, I don't know where you are today in that battle?

It does not matter how fierce the battle for your health looks, I don't know the situation with your finances or your family, He will deliver you to the uttermost.

Friends, one of the greatest strategies of Satan in the midst of battle is to show you the strength of your adversaries.

He obscures your mind from your many advantages and shows you only your disadvantages.

Satan is an expert in mind games.

Satan knows how to paint scary pictures.

He paints horrible pictures and tells you that you can never succeed.

Realize that it is what you do at that time that determines the outcome of the battle.

 Did you notice that the first thing the prophet said was "fear not".

It was a statement that came straight from his spirit.

Fear not because wherever there is fear, there is absence of faith.

Beloved, I speak to you by the authority of Heaven, go ahead and pursue your destiny.

Dream big dreams.

Dreams that only God can bring to pass, put all your hope in God and I can give you a guarantee that they will never fail.

 "Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.(Matthew 6:31-32)

We serve a responsible Father, He was a God in the old covenant, but a father to us.

I have followed Him for 23 years, I have never seen Him fail nor forsake His  children.

He will not begin with you.

Declare it loud and clear, "My failure is impossible".

THE EVERLASTING SEED PRINCIPLE

      

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

(GENERATIONAL CURSE IS A HARVEST OF IGNORANCE).

 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;(2 Corinthians 5:17-18).

Beloved, as a young pastor, there were people who were born again that I had to carry out deliverance on almost every week, sometimes for five years.

Each time I touched them, they would fall then I would keep shouting,"come out".

The day you became born again, you were moved from your physical family to a new family, the family of Jesus Christ.

This new family cannot have generational issues.

You are now a new creation in Christ.

This creature never existed before.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.(John 1:12-13)

This new life does not give you immunity  from the physical challenges of the fallen earth.

Though we are not of the world, but we are in the world.

Jesus was hungry, He faced the need to pay bills, He was in a storm.

Paul went through the same experience, he did not allude it to a curse.

You are the blessed of the Lord, you cannot be cursed.

THE EVERLASTING SEED PRINCIPLE

      

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

The principle of the seed is the foundation of virtually all earthly and kingdom operations. Success in life is largely dependent on how we understand and operate this divine law.

This seed principles is one law that will always operate as long as the earth exist.

These laws are given to regulate the activities of our earth and also to help us live a peaceful life on earth.

Unfortunately, the church has been colonized by the world that it hardly teaches these deep principles.

The church is afraid to teach people of their responsibilities, and that the outcome of their lives are in their hands.

It is easier to tell them that they are dealing with generational curses or that a powerful witch has arrested their destinies.

While this could be possible, they are actually isolated cases.

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap"(Galatians 6:7).

Beloved, many of God's children are not under any curse, they are simply reaping the harvest of the seeds they sowed.

The seed is so divinely intelligent that it will always locate the address of the sower.

As you become more responsible, you begin to analyze the happenings around you from the principles of the seed.

Whenever my life, business or reputation is under attack, I begin to question my spirit, "am I reaping or are they sowing?".

If they are sowing, I don't need to pray fire prayers against them.

The scripture has already determined that they will reap what they are sowing.

Unfortunately for them, the harvest is usually much more than the seed.

When those who should defend you deny you, when people mutilate and assassinate your reputation, when brothers betray you, forgive them knowing that their reward is as sure as the earth abides.

No one can escape his seeds. Our seed always keeps pace with us.

Do not ever assume that the wicked has had the last laugh in the game of life. If you live long enough, it will one day drop off your lips that evil is bad.

Be careful of the seeds you are sowing, they will surely soon start knocking at your door.

YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN

      

"And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.

And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lodebar.

Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lodebar."

Mephibosheth was forgotten in the land of Lodebar, the land of the forsaken.

Mephibosheth was the grandson of king Saul, so by right he should be on the throne as the only surviving Prince, but the prince was forgotten.

Have you ever been in Lodebar, a place that is below the bar?

You know your capacity, but you are operating far below it.

You seem to be too far from who you are supposed to be, wipe your tears, help is on the way.

  For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, ..(Hebrews:6:10)

He is the Almighty.

He is also called Jehovah Jireh, He provides at the very point of our needs.

When you come to God in prayer, remember that His name is El-shaddai, the all sufficient God.

Do not ask Him for peanut, you are not a monkey.

Ask big from a very big God.

Remember also that God owns all things.

"The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods"( Psalm 24:1-2).

God will not deny you any good thing.

Begin to ask your father very big things.

He will give you in order to show the world how precious you are in His sight.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GIVE?

  

'Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.

And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil."

Beloved, the nations are going through one of the world's toughest economic meltdowns.

For some of the African countries, it is very severe.

But we must remember that this is not the first famine in history.

How did our covenant fathers prosper in the  famine that happened in their own time?

God had never changed.

He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

The widow in our anchor scripture thought that she was finished.

She didn't know that whatever she had was enough to deliver her from certain death.

What do you have left in your life? 

If it's not enough to save you from that embarrassment, just know that it's a seed.

The woman thought she had nothing the same way many of us have held ourselves down for years thinking we have nothing.

The best time to give is when what you have is so little that it can help you.

If that is what you are facing now, begin to pray for the power to lay it down.

Beloved often, no one is trying us down, we are only victims of our own choices.

The fact that you woke up means that God is not done with you.

Even when it looks like nothing is working out for you, don't give up, God is up to something.

Realize that the expectations of the child of God can never be cut off.

God is not a liar, if He has said it, He will fulfill it.

Get up with expectation in your heart and return where you failed before, you will succeed.

Return where you were rejected before and you will be accepted.

One truth you must settle in your heart today is that God is not man.

While man operates in the natural, God operates in the supernatural.

When you come to God to make a demand, remember that He is not a man.

If God gives you pocket money, your posterity will never lack.

If you come to God asking for a baby, don't be surprised if He gives you triplets.

Is anything too hard for Him to do.

No matter what you have been facing, get ready for a major shift in your destiny.

It's about to rain, you will not recover from the dimension of breakthrough that is coming your way.

They have done all that is within their ability  humanly speaking.

They are now at the point of throwing in the towel.

Beloved, when God is on a journey with you, you can never fail.

Jesus was often shocked at His disciples whenever they expressed fear and anxiety.

He was shocked because He expected them to know that with Him in their boat and company, their destruction was an impossibility.

Realize that Satan has already shot his worst arrow.

If he had something worse, he wouldn't have spared you, he would have used it.

To whomsoever that is joined to the living, there is hope.

Beloved, when a dog is pregnant, it gives birth to puppies.

Cat gives birth to kittens.

A woman normally will give birth to a baby. But when a God gives birth to a baby, He gives birth to a god.

As many as believe in Jesus, they receive the power to become the children of God.

These children of God are wonders on the earth.

They carry power,

Enormous power.

They carry life changing power.

They are overcomes.

They overcome the world and all it's forces.

They command dead things to come to life.

They heal the sick and raise the dead.

We are born to win in this life, no matter the circumstances.

Beloved, just as death and defeat came into the world through one man, resurrection from death and defeat   

was obtained also through another man.

Just as we were all defeated in Adam, we all have now received victory in Christ.

 

" As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in  him:"(Colossians 2:6)

The Bible commands us to walk in Him and to abound in Him 

Beloved, it's a lifestyle.

The book of Acts 17:28 captures it this way, " For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring."

So you are His offspring, you have God's DNA, you are born of Him, you cannot be defeated by any entity whether spiritual or physical.

You are born to be victorious.

DON'T ALLOW THE DEVIL TO FRIGHTEN YOU OUT OF GOD'S PROMISES

 "For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."

Beloved, I have shared the thoughts and the workings of the mind of apostle Paul.

He conquered fear, conquered the devil and also conquered death.

He was so sure that non could humiliate him.

He operated from a place that was really far away and was sitted with Christ in heavenly place.

He audaciously could declare that he could not face shame because of where he stood in Christ.

You are also standing on the same platform and can also declare that "I cannot be humiliated".

" And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God."

Satan is a master in the use of fear to control his victims.

He has perfected the act of mind control using fear.

If Satan could have pushed you out of your destiny, he would have done that.

His only weapons are deception and fear.

Thank God for the scriptures.

The scripture commands us to resist fear with all our strength, might and power.

Once Satan discovers that you are afraid, you are finished.

The Bible commanded us, "in nothing be terrified".

Remember, He has not given us the spirit of fear, but that of love, power and of a sound mind.

Where did you get your fear from?

One of the smartest beings that ever lived is the Satan.

Imagine getting the whole world to do the wrong thing not by cohesion but by deception.

Imagine using the same methods on people multiple times, yet getting the desired result.

The Bible describes him as one that pretends as a roaring lion, but he has succeeded in making us see him as a real lion.

The Bible tells us that whatever is born of God overcomes the devil.

We often forget this.

We also have forgotten that we are sitting in the same place with Christ in heavenly places.

This place is far beyond all principalities and power.

Beloved, you have a right to insist on your right.

Stand until you are victorious.

The reason you are eternally safe is that there is a power plant inside of you that is generating unquantifiable amount of energy.

Jesus told us the story of the sick man at the pond of mercy.

He had been there for thirty eight years.

Once in a day the Angel would stirr the water, the first person to be thrown in becomes completely made whole.

Beloved, today you carry the water of life inside of you.

The scripture said that out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water.

All your disadvantages are now deleted, you are a moving alter.

You are truly the battle axe of the Lord.

There is a dynamo inside of you, it is a living deposit.

Beloved, you have enough power in you to tame any situation that Satan will confront you with throughout your lifetime.

God demonstrated the highest dimension of power when He raised Jesus from the dead.

The power generated to achieve this feat was enormous and mind burgling.

I was so shocked the day I saw in the scriptures that this dimension of power could be housed in a human body.

Our anchor scriptures says, " But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."

What the Holy Spirit is saying is that you are a moving power house.

That if the spirit of that one that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He declared that that spirit will tame any battle that rises up in your life, glory.

The good news is that you have received the Holy Spirit so that power lives inside of you.

This month, "No gree for any spiritual intimidation".

And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.

Beloved, imagine Heaven's opinion and expectation of Gideon.

God prepared him as a man of valor.

He was sent to the world as a deliverer, but because he was not privy to the happenings in heaven, he ended up a celebrated coward on earth.

He was hiding from the same people he was created to dominate.

Many of us are being pursued by the same thing that should be running away from them.

Beloved, imagine Samson running away from both lions and the Philistines?

Imagine David hiding from the lions and Bears?

He was equipped to deal with them not to run from them.

"And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites." (Judges 12:13)

Long standing affliction had confused Gideon over his identity.

Beloved, do not let your condition delete your position.
