BEFORE YOU STEP OUT TODAY MONDAY 8TH FEB. 2021

TOPIC :  JESUS MY HEALTH

TEXT  ISAIAH 53 : 3-5

[3]He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

[4]Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

[5]But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

In the old testament, God revealed Himself as Jehovah Rapha, meaning, the Lord that healeth me.

But today He has introduced Jesus to us as the name that Carry's our healing.

Jesus paid for our healing on the cross of Calvary so that as many as believe will be healed of every disease that afflicts their bodies.

I have seen the dead raised, the blind see, deaf ears open, the crippled walk and all strange manners of miracles.

Your case is the next one to be settled in the name of Jesus Christ.

With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.

Your case is not bigger than God.

May you have a God filled week in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Your Victory is already guaranteed

It is well, do not give up, with God all things are possible

(Please be a blessing to seven persons by sending to them our devotionals)

For further reading, read Exodus 27,28 & John 10,11.

TEXT  1 KINGS 19 : 14-17

[14]And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.

[15]And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria:

[16]And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.

[17]And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.

Elijah became disillusioned and discouraged because of the attacks from Jezebel, he lost his peace and focus.
The Lord told him to handover to Elisha.
Do you know that anybody can be replaced?

When you start doing God's word with complaining and grumbling, you are simply writing your resignation letter.

TEXT  MATTHEW 11 : 4-7

[4]Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:

[5]The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

[6]And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

[7]And as they departed, Jesus began to say unto the multitudes concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?

John was confronted with very tough situation, he could not see like Joseph saw so he lost his faith and also lost his head.

Joseph refused to be discouraged under challenging conditions.

How are you facing that condition?

Be determined not to lose your focus in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

God has never changed, He will never change and your little challenge is not big enough to make God change.

TEXT  GENESIS 39 : 19 - 23

[19]And it came to pass, when his master heard the words of his wife, which she spake unto him, saying, After this manner did thy servant to me; that his wrath was kindled.

[20]And Joseph's master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison.

[21]But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.

[22]And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it.

[23]The keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the LORD was with him, and that which he did, the LORD made it to prosper.

Joseph faced a situation that was enough to make most people reconsider their trust and faith in God but Joseph refused to be moved.

The Bible asked, have you resisted unto death?

The reason Satan brought this prevailing challenge is to make you lose focus on the past mighty acts of your God.

God has never changed, He will never change and your little challenge is not big enough to make God change.

He is always faithful.

With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.

Your case is not bigger than God.

TEXT DANIEL 3 : 14, 16-18

[14]Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?

[16]Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.

[17]If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

[18]But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

These three young Hebrew men faced the greatest challenge of their lives.

Their lives were on the line but they remained focused.

They refused to bow to a fiery but mortal man.

What are you going through today?

Refuse to change your confession nor doubt His faithfulness.

You are coming out with a huge testimony in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.

Your case is not bigger than God.

May you have a God filled week in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

TEXT DANIEL 6: 19 - 22

[19]Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions.

[20]And when he came to the den and to Daniel, he cried out in a voice of anguish. The king said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is your God, Whom you serve continually, able to deliver you from the lions?

[21]Then Daniel said to the king, O king, live forever!

[22]My God has sent His angel and has shut the lions' mouths so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent and blameless before Him; and also before you, O king, [as you very well know] I have done no harm or wrong.

Daniel was so dedicated to his God, Jehovah that the only way Satan could confront him was to introduce distractions.

The Lion's den was a distraction but his enemies failed to recognize that Lions don't eat Lions.

I might not know exactly what you are facing right now but I do know that God will never leave nor forsake you.

The God that stood by Daniel will with you, stand in Jesus mighty.

With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.

Your case is not bigger than God.

TEXT EXODUS 14 : 10 - 14

10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD.

11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?

12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.

13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.

14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

The whole camp of Israel was in disarray.

There was palpable fear of total anihilation .

But wait, Moses saw Pharaoh only as an irritant.

What did he know?

Why was he so focused and firm in the face of dedication?

Moses said to the camp of God in verse 13, "fear ye not, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord".

Beloved, that is your word for today, these challenges you are seeing today if you will refuse to be frightened, you shall see them again no more.

With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.

Your case is not bigger than God.

May you have a God filled week in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

It is well, do not give up, with God all things are possible
