TEXT: MATTHEW 15:22-28

[22]And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

[23]But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.

[24]But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

[25]Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.

[26]But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.

[27]And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.

[28]Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

This woman would have lost her miracle, her sick daughter who was healed by Jesus if she had accepted the initial rejection.

When our Lord said that what she sought for was for the children not for dogs.

She said to the Lord, you are right but the dogs can be given the crumbs.

Refuse to take no for an answer, insist on your right as a child of God.

Faith never returns with a no in it's shopping bag.

It's your time for a miracle, in Jesus mighty name.

2 Kings 4:19-23

[19]And he said unto his father, My head, my head. And he said to a lad, Carry him to his mother.

[20]And when he had taken him, and brought him to his mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died.

[21]And she went up, and laid him on the bed of the man of God, and shut the door upon him, and went out.

[22]And she called unto her husband, and said, Send me, I pray thee, one of the young men, and one of the asses, that I may run to the man of God, and come again.

[23]And he said, Wherefore wilt thou go to him to day? it is neither new moon, nor sabbath. And she said, It shall be well.

This woman's faith defeated the devil that came to steal her only son and her joy.

She made a shame of  Satan and all his kingdom.

You too can be like her by igniting your faith, and refusing to be overwhelmed by his constant fake roarings.

[3]Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

Faith is a creative tool that uses the intangible words of God to create tangible, physical realities in this world of men.

Faith is a creative tool that never fails.

By it our fathers subdued kingdoms.

Yes real kingdoms who had overwhelming fire power and armaments.

Powerful enemies that God reduced to worms by the power of faith.

Other weapons may fail, but your faith will never fail.

[2]For by faith–trust and holy fervor born of faith] the men of old had divine testimony borne to them and obtained a good report.

Faith is a spiritual treasure of inestimable value.

Faith is the answer to every problem of life.

Faith is also the answer to every breakthrough we desire.

Faith brings God's hand bear on a man's life for exploits.

Faith brings God into every situation, and when God steps in victory is guaranteed.

Faith dominated the world of the spirit. whenever our faith comes alive in us, the power of God becomes available for our exploits.

For by faith, the elders obtained a good report.

TEXT: EPHESIANS 6:12-16

[12]For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

[13]Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

[14]Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

[15]And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

[16]Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

In verse 16, the Bible refered to your faith as the only weapon that has the capacity to quench, stop or frustrate all the arrows of the wicked targeted  against your destiny.

Verse 12 declared that we are not warring against human beings, but against wicked satanic forces.

However our faith in Christ remains our shield of inestimable value.

Never forget that your faith works everywhere and in every condition.

TOPIC : UNDERSTANDING LOYALTY

TEXT: 1 CORINTHIANS 15:1-11

      DOCTRINAL UNIFORMITY

The father of every spiritual leader in the Christian church is Christ. 

Jesus' Father sent him and he also sends us. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father has sent me, even so send I you - John 20:21.

Apostle Paul made the Corinthian church aware of the fact that he also has Jesus as his Lord and saviour. He told them to follow him as he also follows Jesus his Lord. Be you followers of me, even as I also am of Christ - 1 Corinthians 11:1.

A spiritual leader can only command loyalty from his sons if he is loyal to Jesus. 

The Berean christians were commended for their vigilance in checking the messages that were preached to them. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so - Acts 17:11.

Doctrinal uniformity is a chain gospel reaction. What Jesus received from His Father, He gave to the leaders who are expected to had over the same doctrines to their followers untainted.

Because Paul received what he taught, he was bold to tell Timothy to pass it on to loyal men. And the things that you have heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit you to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also - 2 Timothy 2:2.

 Know this, doctrinal deviation amounts to disloyalty.

TOPIC : UNDERSTANDING LOYALTY

TEXT: JOHN 8:26-38

JESUS' DOCTRINAL UNIFORMITY

Jesus was saturated with his Father's doctrine.

He that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him - John 8:26.

He was taught by his Father. He told the world what he learnt from his Father. I do nothing of myself; but as my Father has taught me, I speak these things - John 8:28.

Jesus propagated what he saw from his Father. I speak that which I have seen with my Father - John 8:38.

Jesus didn't act as a robot. He understood clearly his Father's commandments or doctrine before propagating it.

 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak - John 12:50.

His Father's doctrine was in him. It should be very clear that no christian leader is to deviate from the doctrines of Christ.

Always remember that loyalty is believing what your father believes.
