In the journeys of life, there are times we feel like giving up.

These are times when it looks as if the kingdom of darkness has paid us a protracted visit.

You have prayed, you have fasted yet you do not seem to see any form of result in view.

Beloved realize that you serve the God of a turn around and he will certainly visit you.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him from them all.

Through this very situation, you will soon get to know that we serve a very big God.

Having done all, God expects you to do nothing else but to stand.

Just stand, as I pray for you to see the glory of God in this situation in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Beloved, God said that  He will make all grace available to us when we become givers in God's kingdom.

The believers job ends when she releases her seed.

God takes over the rest of the processes.

Keep on sowing.

Many of God's children have complained ceaselessly that they are giving without receiving.

The Bible says, keep on sowing. You might not know which one of your seeds will yield.

But surely a harvest awaits you.

When you have sowed , you have no other job to do but to wait.

In Mark 4 :  26-28 the Bible says;

[14]And when he had spent all he had, a mighty famine came upon that country, and he began to fall behind and be in want.

After he got a share of his own property, he took them and travelled to a far country, why?

1. So he could eat it alone.

2. So he could be far away from instruction and rebuke.

3. So he could live the way he wanted.

Many of God's children are like that when it comes to giving.

They will keep their treasures away from God I until Satan turns  it into trash.

Whatever you cannot give to God is destined to the trash can of life.

Why not try my God with that seed today?.

TEXT: PHILIPPIANS 4 : 15

15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

Beloved, many of God's children have argued that they will give when they receive.

It actually sounds logical but it does not happen that way.

The law states that you give, then you receive.

Many are trying to bend this law but this law ends up bending them into and overgrown weeds of lack.

Laws are  sets of rules that govern a system,If broken it has consequences.

When you start giving, you start receiving.

Consider God's word in the book of Luke  6 : 38.

38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Do you understand what God is saying?

It means that if no one gives you, if no one blesses you, then you do not give to God.

If you start giving to God, men will start giving you pressed down, shaken together and running over.

Why not try my God today.

First, what is a law?

Laws refer to set of rules that govern a system,If broken it has consequences.

There are both natural and supernatural laws.

Example of a natural law is the law of gravity.

This means that all things being equal, whatever goes up must come down.

I will introduce you to one of God's laws that has the ability to keep you afloat even in the days of farmine,

The law of giving, states that whenever you give to God, certain activities will start happening in the heavenlies to ochestrate the birth into your life of that which you need.

Luke at God's word in the book of Luke  6 : 38.

WHY IS YOUR PROPHET SO IMPORTANT IN THE JOURNEY OF YOUR LIFE?

Do you remember the story of Lazarus and rich fool in Luke 16 verses  29-31.

29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Abraham declared that they have their pastors to guide them in this world.

The heavenly beings are not permitted to do whatever your Pastor can do on this earth.

God gave them to you to live a life of peace and pleasure on this earth.

If you learn how to honor them, you will live a life that is not garnished will demonic attacks and satanic disturbances.

The prophet Jehoshaphat understood this by revelation.

 When you believe and rightly honor your priests, you will prosper.

If you apply misplaced priority in your seed sowing,

You will harvest poverty.

MATTHEW 13 : 3-8

Poverty will pursue you and overtake you.

5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:

6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.

7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:

8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.

When I was a young boy, I would share my (seed ) money into three places.

I would give one to the beggers, one to the poor around me and the rest for my offering in the church.

I kept God's on last.

We often would argue that the church has more than enough.

God can never take the back sit and you arrive safely.

His name is Alpha.

His is numero uno.

The ground where you plant your seeds matter a lot.

If it's by the way side, the fowls will devour them.

If it falls on a stony ground, it will be scorched by the heat of the sun.

If it falls among thorns,the thorns will choke them.

But some fell on good ground.

These ones yielded up to hundredfolds.

What kind of soil are you sowing in?

11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

The word of God never fails when sowed in faith.

The same way, the seed you sow must return to you bigger.

Consider the book of Matthew 13,   3 &5.

3 And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow.

5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth.

Are you letting agents of the wicked one determine the ground where your seeds are down?

If you do, majority of your seeds will be sown in stony places.

Seeds don't grow in such ground.

Abraham our covenant father watched and guarded his sacrifice from devourers.

Be wise, guard your seed.

The Bible said that the Sower went to sow, as he did, some fell by the way side.

It was not the Sower who sowed it by the side, it fell.

Some fell on stony places, they fell.

They were not planted.

Don't let them fall into the wrong grounds.

Seeds when sowed well is the only elixir for a glorious future.

Stop hording those seed sow them to avoid a painful future.

6 Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.

7 There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself   poor, yet hath great riches.

8 The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke.

Do you know the meaning of ransom?

Ransom is a sum of money demanded or paid for the release of a captive.

This scripture is saying that you can secure your freedom from every form of human challenge with your seed/sacrifice.

Whenever you face a need sow a seed, when you face  battles, raise a sacrifice.

Your seed will deal with your needs but your sacrifice will always win your battles.

You money is your weapon against the many assaults of your life.

Don't tie it to esusu, don't hide it in a box, don't waste it on adult toys while you are losing destiny battles.

Use that money as a sacrifice to purchase that need that has kept you wetting your pillows at night while to pretending to be happy during the day.

Convert the Mary Kay, Mascaras, new shoes, cars and houses to your sacrifice and see if God will not show up digitally.

TEXT LUKE 21 : 1 - 4

1 And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

3 And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:

4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

The seed is so powerful that a tiny seed can preserve a generation.

Jesus said in verse 3 of our reading today that the poor widow gave more than all the others.

Why, you may ask?

Because God looks at what remained after you have given.

The poor widow gave all she had , a true measurement of her love for God.

My shock was that Jesus did not call her  to give her back her offering.

Lesson

1. The Lord knew that what she had was a seed.

2. Her only chance of not dying of starvation was by sowing that seed with the expectation of a huge harvest.

I pray that your seeds will be as ransoms for you, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

TEXT :  1 KINGS 17 : 12-14

12 And she said, As the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.

13 And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.

14 For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.

The reason for the farmine was drought, which means the lack of rain fall.

Even if the woman had one hundred percent extra of the food she had, if there was no miracle, she and her son would still die.

She said that she had just an handful of flour in a barrel.

That was only but a seed.

It was not enough to sustain her and her son.

Whenever what you have is so little to deal with your need, what you have is but a seed.

When she sowed it as a seed to the prophet, she and her son never lacked until the end of the famine.

Seeds can come in various forms.

Honor can be a seed.

Love can be a seed.

Money can be a seed.

A seedless life is a futureless life.

If you do not like the kind of life you are living, change the type of seed you are sowing.

If you change your seeds, you have changed your harvests.

God resists the proud

Your seed tells God that you are not your own shepherd.

So many people have been in one class for many years in the school of prayer.

They cry ceaselessly because of lack of promotion.

In school, you are not promoted because of the number of writing sheets you used, you are passed and promoted because of the accuracy of your points.

Analog prayers are those prayers which you craft with beautiful words but embedded in them are nothing but your selfish desires.

In digital prayers, God is implicated to answer because of the selflessness of your petitions.

Once Hannah implicated God by His own need for a priest, she didn't have to return to that prayer point.

Tie that prayer needs to the needs in God's house and you don't have to repeat the prayer again.

Many of God's children do not know how to reply the insults that come from their enemies.

Don't cry about it.

Don't complain about it.

Don't worry about it and stop wishing it will stop but start attacking it.

Hannah faced an insult from the enemy of her joy.

She cried,

She worried.

She complained, but nothing changed.

Then she attacked the enemy with the weapons of prayers and everything changed.

Start praying concerning that condition, it will  start changing in your favor.

Joseph kept verbalizing his dreams by telling his brothers his dreams

Never forget this, some people will hate you for speaking your dreams.

The world does not like to hear your speak about your dreams of greatness.

They can not understand that those dreams are from God not men so they make jokes of them.

Even though people may not enjoy hearing your dreams, don't stop talking about them.

As you keep talking about them,the mighty God who put them in your heart will bring them into manifestation.

[3]For what does the Scripture say?  Abraham believed in (trusted in) God, and it was credited to his account as righteousness (right living and right standing with God). [Gen. 15:6.]

Abraham descovered that all it takes to begin the recovery of his glorious destiny was to believe God.

The Bible said that Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him for righteousness.

Righteousness mean being correct before God, that is right standing before God.

Believing God opens a door into the miraculous dimension of life.

In Jesus' town, He could not do so much miracles because of their unbelief.

When you start believing God, you will start seeing what others see as impossible.

15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

When God told Abraham to lift up his eye and look, God was not talking about his physical eyes.

God was referring to his inner eyes, but

the eyes with which you see into the realm of the kingdom of God.

This is the dimension where everything is possible.

However the only way to access this realm is through prayer, fasting and the study of the word.

The word of God is "Light" (1 John 1 : 7); when you start operating in the light of the word of God, this realm of the spirit will become real to you.

God wants us to live from inside to outside.

You have to see all the miracles that you desire in order to have them.

Do you know that you can be sickness free, poverty free and failure free?

Do you know that you can live a prosperous and successful life?

When you see it inside, you will live it outside.

 Friends, God made Adam and Eve and gave them dominion over everything He created except the tree of the knowledge of good and bad.

As a young Christian, I can not remember how many times I blamed God for putting what I called temptation in their midst.

Little did I know that it was God's way of receiving love from them.

God's word made us know that God loves Man so much.

Love does not only give, it also receives: even though it doesn't ask for it, it is open to receive. When we stop love from receiving, we may quench it ultimately.

God gave everything to man but demanded that he does not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil but man failed God.

When Adam and Eve ate that forbidden fruit, beyond breaking God's commandment, they also broke His heart because God saw a lack of love in their action.

Our Lord Jesus said in John 14 :21; 

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

If they had kept God's commandment, it would have been their demonstration of love but they didn't.

God has given you everything you will ever need, your demonstration of love is by your show of obedience.

In what area are you proving your love for God in your local church?

Do not just be a receiver, give your love or you end up quenching God's own love.

This is the exact principle God applied to create the world.

The Bible says, "Hebrews  : 11:3,

 

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

The whole earth was filled with darkness and the Holy spirit was brooding over the face of the earth but nothing changed until God started to speak.

Immediately God started speaking, both animate and inanimate things started reacting to the word of God.

The Bible says concerning the word of God, John  : 1v3,

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

When the prophet said those words, they were terrible times.

The whole nation was under a siege.

The whole nation was lockdown by their enemy.

Hope was gone.

All natural prosperity indexes had failed.

It was a time of failed expectations.

It was a time of shattered hopes but the word of God has never failed.

Elisha the prophet said, by this time tomorrow, there would be abundance.

I stand on the protocols of scriptures and decree before the end of the first quarter of this year, you will be a man that is swimming in the mystery of God's provisions in Jesus mighty name, Amen.
