TOPIC : THE LAW OF GIVING
TEXT: PHILIPPIANS 4 : 15 - 16
15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
First, what is a law?
Laws refer to set of rules that govern a system,If broken it has consequences.
There are both natural and supernatural laws.
Example of a natural law is the law of gravity.
This means that all things being equal, whatever goes up must come down.
I will introduce you to one of God's laws that has the ability to keep you afloat even in the days of farmine,
The law of giving, states that whenever you give to God, certain activities will start happening in the heavenlies to ochestrate the birth into your life of that which you need.
Luke at God's word in the book of Luke 6 : 38.
38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Do you understand what God is saying?
With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.
Your case is not bigger than God.
