TOPIC : THE CREATIVE POWER OF PRAYER
TEXT : REVELATION 5:8-8
[8]And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
[9]And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
The twenty four elders who minister in God's presence have in their hands, a harp and a golden container containing the prayers of the saints.
Prayers don't die, prayers outlive those who made them.
Spiritual worship is seen as prayer from the perspective of Heaven.
In Psalms 22:30 the bible said that " A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.".
And they sang a new song.
Their heavenly assignment is to worship God eternally.
These worships are imputed as prayers to their accounts.
That a song has Jesus mentioned in it does not necessarily make it spiritual.
What makes a song a worship unto our God is the inspiration behind it.
When the inspiration is of a heavenly witness, it will impact the earth. Your worship is like a perfume, it can change any smelly situation around your world.
