TEXT JOHN 3:16
THE OVERWHELMING POWER OF SACRIFICE
[16]For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Dearly beloved, if God had sent angel Gabriel to come and die, it would have been a big seed, but not a sacrifice.
If He had sent angel Michael, it would have still been a big offering, but not a sacrifice.
If God had sacrificed either of these angels, He would be sacrificing these two out of His millions of angels.
A real sacrifice would almost feel as if there is fire burning on your head.
You are often giving out your most precious possession.
It therefore cannot be a joke.
Our highlighted scripture will not make real sense to you until you begin to place it in the right perspective.
For example, Johnson so loved his only car that he gave it to his priest.
Kelvin treasured his last dime so much that he gave it to a beggar that seemed hungry.
These people gave their last.
They gave out of their lack, not out of abundance.
Beloved, as you begin to plan how to surprise God this season, may God enable you in Jesus name.
God bless you.
With the God I serve, nothing shall be impossible.
Your case is not bigger than God.
May you have a God filled day in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
