TEXT :2 SAMUEL 23:15-16
YOU CAN DO IT
"And David longed, and said, Oh that one would give me drink of the water of the well of Bethlehem, which is by the gate!
And the three mighty men brake through the host of the Philistines, and drew water out of the well of Bethlehem, that was by the gate, and took it, and brought it to David: nevertheless he would not drink thereof, but poured it out unto the LORD."
Beloved, I am one of those who believe that nothing is impossible and no feat is unachievable.
I was newly born again and had followed my pastor to see the owner of an accomodation he would have wanted to rent for our church branch.
Immediately the woman mentioned her rent, I said that I would pay.
At that time, my salary was less than forty dollars, and I had so many bills to pay.
I began to rebuke myself, "Obinna, your big mouth will put you into trouble one day ".
I paid that and I left that level forever.
David longed for the water of Bethlehem which was by the gate.
This was a troubled area, occupied by the enemy.
Three of his men that heard it braced up, armed with courage and loyalty crossed the enemy line and fetched the water for him.
Another I had the Lord tell me that it's time to start the church, even though we live inside an estate, I started in the sitting room.
I was the senior pastor, my wife the associate pastor and my daughter who was about five years, choir leader.
What are you afraid to dare?
The only possibility of achieving it is daring it.
If you dare it, you could succeed, but if never tried, you can never ever get there.
Your biggest limitation is your fear.
Every great thing you see today is the mark a man/woman who killed their fears.
