TEXT : NUMBERS 13:32-33
WHAT ARE YOUR NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS.
And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight."
Moses had sent them out to spy the land which God had given to them.
They explored the whole land and saw that it was a good land but they could not see themselves take possession of this land.
They said that they saw themselves as grasshoppers before the men and that that was how the men saw them.
Remember, they never interviewed the men.
They were undermined by their self image and vision.
They could only see failure, so they failed.
What are you seeing in this new year, never forget that you cannot go beyond your vision.
Begin to put down your vision in paper, you can never fail to actualize them this year in Jesus mighty name.
