TOPIC : CELEBRATING THE LAST MINUTE MIRACLES
TEXT JOHN 11:21-23, 25
Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.
Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
Beloved, there was this family in Bethany that loved Jesus,
Mary, Martha and Lazarus.
Their only brother Lazarus became ill, they sent message to Jesus asking Him to come and heal the brother.
Jesus delayed and Lazarus died.
They were so devastated.
What they didn't know was that our God is the God of the last minute miracle.
Nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus.
Not even death can frustrate the love that God has towards us.
Lazarus had been dead four days before Jesus got there.
His sister reported that he would have started smelling, that didn't deter Jesus. called Lazarus
Jesus commanded him to rise, and Lazarus resurrected.
I may not know what you have been through this year, but it's not yet over.
The God of the last minute miracles is about turning around your story.
You will enter the new month with a new song.
